  1. I didn’t expect anyone to take a language approach, which I think is very interesting. This is very detailed, well-constructed, and interesting. I would add a background color, but that’s my biggest complaint.

    1. A background would be really nice. I had a darker color scheme before but it inferred with all the different ‘s and other text color. Thanks for the feedback!

  2. Your website is very minimalistic and clean. It also has a lot of content and has good navigation to find that content. The hover menu is done well too, though, I would make it longer so that “Recommendations” fits without having to wrap around. I would also maybe consider changing the typeface used for your heading as it feels out of place compared to the others. Lastly, I would put your name on the homepage, so the viewer knows who exactly this language journal belongs to. Excellent work regardless!

    1. Thank you for the feedback. I kinda just took a font I liked and ran with it, which may not have been the best decision but I will take that into consideration in the future. The recommendations comment is useful. I totally forgot to add any name or picture to the about me or the homepage. Thanks for the reminder!

  3. I really like the concept you chose for this final project, many people decided to do a portfolio website and its nice to see something different! One recommendation I have is to add some photos or colors on the pages about the languages. The white and black is a little plain but other than that I think it’s very interesting!

  4. The colors and images comment is a good idea. I was so focused on it being readable that I did not add more images or color. Thank you for the feedback!

  5. I like the how easy to read your site is. Even though it has a lot of information it doesn’t feel overwhelming because of the light color scheme and organization. Some of the recommendations seem to have a lot of space between them but other than that I think this is really well done.

    1. I did not even notice that issue. I knew there was some extra space on some pages but I did not expect it to be that much. I noticed the spacing issue once this was posted. Thanks for the feedback!
