I do like the idea of taking a simple, well known, game and changing up its rules to create chaos. However, I do think the game would benefit from have a more clear end goal. I think the ways to win being on complete opposite spectrums makes the end goal too broad. I say either pick one, whoever has the most, or whoever has the least.
Only having one color of cards
When I could no longer draw
Be able to change the color in play more often
Rules stating how to replenish a player’s draw pile once it has run out
 NA
 Fast, Overstimulating, and Energetic
