I definitely agree with all of your comments. The dice should be less frustrating when I add a key to the board about what the numbers mean and have a specialized die for the lamp state. I also do want to design a bigger board for this and make it easier for players to get points, particularly through the trading post spaces.
I agree that a bigger board might make the game last longer. I wanted it to last longer so I would get a chance to interact with more cards.
