It makes it hard playing with a larger number of people due to play speed.

Group participation cards made the game fun when everyone was doing something together.

I think that there should be less blank spaces, a few are fine but the less the better.
What was the games message?
Learning geography instead of in High School.
If I remember correctly, I had a comment to have a few more blank spaces to make the game go a little faster (we had a large group) but I see where you are coming from wanting less blank spaces.
I do think it was more difficult since there was such a large amount of players, but honestly it still worked which is great. I think there could be specific rules or adaptations if a larger number of players did want to play
