  1. I agree with you how friends can sometimes just be seen as resources when it comes to these type a social games. I think not only resources, but also pawns for your own personal gain to grow further in farmville

  2. The one thing that really stuck out to me from this article was that your friends just become “resources” for both you and the game developer. It’s quite obvious now that I think about it, but its really quite clever for the developers to convince more people to join the game.
