{"id":14593,"date":"2025-10-01T21:37:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T01:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rmu.andrewyames.com\/?p=14593"},"modified":"2025-10-01T22:28:31","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T02:28:31","slug":"mow-masters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rmu.andrewyames.com\/?p=14593","title":{"rendered":"Mow Masters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Rules Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madison Hurst<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mow Masters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The objective of the game is to get as many grass points\/cards as you and your opponent mow all the grass on the board in order to end the game.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Materials needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grass cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setback cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two dice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meebles\u00a0 (marks which space\/tile was mowed already)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper and pencil to keep track of score<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iphone timer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Setup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take all of the cards and shuffle them into one deck and place them in a empty space on the board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tallest player will start the game or be the first turn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Both players are going simultaneously<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The player will roll one dice, and move the amount of spaces of that number on the dice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The player can go anywhere on the board, no restrictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The player will pick a card for each space they move. For example, they roll a 2 and move 2 spaces hence pick up 2 cards.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After you have moved (mowed) a space, you will mark it with a x\u00a0 or a meeble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(you can still use this space to move around in it but you can not get a card from it.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ex: rolls the dice and gets 3, but \u2154 spaces are mowed already. So, you can only pick up one card.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you pick up a card that has a setback, you will have to complete the task on the card in order to continue.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have approx. 25 seconds to complete the\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Out of gas\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nebby neighbor\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reapply sunscreen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You do not have a time limit with:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mower broke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dog poop on the blade<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you do not complete the setback challenge within the time constraints then you have to remove one grass card point from your pile.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning\/Losing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the whole lawn is mowed, and there is no more space to collect cards then the game is over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Count up your points, and the points win.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rules Update Madison Hurst Mow Masters!
